  • •Deliver automation-first quality engineering for an AI CX platform combining voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI.
  • •Create and maintain automation coverage for squads’ services.
  • •Develop fast-turnaround regression suites that gate weekly deploys and report quickly.
  • •Provide rapid detection and reporting so quality signals arrive in minutes, not days.
  • •Own load/stress coverage for services’ latency budgets and help teams isolate issues quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as an SDET, writing real automation code (Go/Python) rather than manual scripts.
  • •Master issue isolation and root-cause debugging to narrow failures to the service, commit, or event.
  • •Run fast regression suites using parallelization and smart test selection to get results in minutes.
  • •Comfort with load, stress, and soak testing for high-throughput, low-latency systems and finding performance inflection points.
  • •CI-native mindset with trunk-based CI/CD and disciplined flake management for broken suites.
