Job Summary

Lead HR business partnering for 2K’s Shared Development Studios (SDS), partnering with SVP and executive stakeholders to drive the full people agenda for a 1,000+ employee, globally distributed organization. Build and scale an HRBP team, provide strategic guidance on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, and serve as the primary labor relations leader managing union and collective bargaining compliance across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior HRBP for SDS, partnering directly with the SVP of SDS and driving the full people agenda.
•Lead, develop, and scale an HRBP team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the organization.
•Act as the primary HR lead for labor relations, managing union relationships and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
•Lead HR strategy and execution across multiple geographies, partnering with regional HR teams, COEs, and legal to ensure local compliance and global coherence.
•Drive talent, performance, organizational development, and employee relations initiatives, including performance evaluation, compensation planning, and change management.

Salary: USD 210,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive HRBP experience, including at least 3 years at the Senior Director level or equivalent, supporting large and complex organizations (1,000+ employees).
•Demonstrated labor relations experience working with unions, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and managing grievance and arbitration processes.
•Global HR experience across multiple regions, with working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least North America and one or more international markets.
•Experience supporting high-volume, early-career, or transactional workforces at scale, including engagement, development, and retention dynamics.
•Track record building and leading HRBP teams and operating as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership (SVP and above).
