Job Summary

Maintain and repair powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment to keep the distribution site running safely and efficiently. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on forklifts and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs using parts and tools. Keep detailed maintenance records in CMMS and enter labor history in the SAP system, support the maintenance team with technical guidance, and follow safety and EMS policies.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain company material handling equipment (pallet jacks, standup/sit-down forklifts, reach and turret trucks) through preventive maintenance and repairs.
•Troubleshoot, repair, and recommend future services for powered industrial trucks, including electrical, steering, hydraulic, and braking systems.
•Perform repairs by removing, replacing, assembling, and installing parts and components across major subsystems.
•Keep maintenance history and plans in CMMS and enter labor hours/account information in the SAP system.
•Troubleshoot using meters/testers and computers/software, respond to emergencies, and follow safety and EMS policies.

Salary: USD 27.8 - 32.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience, or 4 years of direct mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance experience.
•Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree in technical maintenance (preferred).
•Knowledge of industrial electricity up to 480 volts (preferred).
•Ability to diagnose and repair material handling equipment, including forklift maintenance experience (preferred).
•Basic computer skills and ability to read/execute work orders and write daily reports.
