Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate paving roller equipment safely and efficiently during asphalt paving operations.
  • •Achieve specified compaction and surface quality standards on asphalt projects.
  • •Follow direction from the Foreman and work closely with the paving crew to meet production goals.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • •Assist with other paving and labor duties as needed and use required tools (power brooms, hand tools, power tools).
