Job Summary

Lead all aspects of project delivery from inception through commissioning for a large, ground-up commercial real estate construction project. Coordinate with the general contractor and architect/engineer provider across design-phase and construction-phase services, manage schedules and submittals, support value engineering, and provide site oversight through daily status meetings, reporting, and handover to operations.

•Own project delivery from inception through commissioning, coordinating all construction activities under client direction.
•Lead constructability reviews, identify risks to cost and schedule, and prepare related reports.
•Support design-phase services including value engineering, long-lead procurement input, and drawing reviews for constructability.
•Coordinate interface activities with local authorities and developers, including permitting and utility tie-ins.
•Provide construction-phase oversight: review schedules, conduct regular site visits, attend status meetings, track issues/punch-list, and support inspections and handover to operations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10-15+ years of project management experience.
•Minimum 10-15+ years of on-site construction experience.
•Degree in construction management (or equivalent) and OSHA certification.
•Proficient expert-level use of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Ability to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver project/program status reports.
