Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop local audit strategy aligned with the Group Audit strategy and execute the audit plan.
  • •Perform risk assessments and build the annual audit plan, including performance of audit engagements and ad-hoc work.
  • •Verify the functionality and efficiency of the internal control system and drive follow-up on agreed recommendations.
  • •Develop local audit standards in line with Allianz Group Audit Policy and IIA standards; ensure audit report quality and finalization.
  • •Lead and manage a local team, including target setting, performance management, and planning training and information for auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years of professional experience in internal/external audit or as a consultant (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in a comparable managerial role within insurance, asset management, or financial services.

  • •University degree in economics, business administration (or equivalent).
  • •Qualification as Certified Internal Audit (or similar) is an advantage.
