Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage functional cost performance by monitoring spend vs. budget and forecast, identifying risks/opportunities, and driving corrective actions.
  • •Prepare monthly forecasts and develop deep understanding of the cost base (vendor spend, cost categories, project expenditures) for value-added analysis.
  • •Coordinate planning/OP cycles and ensure inputs and submission deadlines are met; support reporting and templates for budget, forecast, and data integrity.
  • •Lead month-end and quarterly closings for significant US management entities, reviewing/validating EBIT and cash flow; manage corporate cost submission and global consolidation support.
  • •Oversee compliance activities including balance sheet reviews/reconciliations, SOX and internal controls monitoring, and monthly cash flow forecasting/reporting for US entities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of finance experience with hands-on involvement in accounting, controlling, and end-to-end monthly reporting processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • •Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • •Experience in consolidation and FP&A; HFM experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong Excel skills and fluency in written and spoken English; CA/CPA-level people leadership and ambiguity/problem-solving capability.
