Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall sourcing business, operations, and functions in designated factory groups/operation centers to execute global sourcing strategies.
  • •Oversee Development & Commercialization and Production teams in partner groups/OCs to ensure expected duties/responsibilities and company standards are met.
  • •Own KPI performance and use the SPIKE framework to drive performance of managed partners.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with partner senior leadership and functional leads to resolve issues and align to company strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with local laws and adidas standards, including Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, and develop/coach team members to drive engagement and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering/materials or related areas, or relevant expert work experience.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant business experience.
  • •3+ years of people management experience.
  • •Wide experience with quality management concepts in manufacturing of consumer goods.
  • •Strong conceptual thinking and proven leadership, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
