Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship small AI-powered tools, prototypes, and experiments to support growth initiatives.
•Work with the LLM and AI app ecosystem (Claude/ChatGPT, frontier model APIs, agent frameworks, prompt tooling) to test and validate ideas.
•Build user-facing apps/plugins on top of LLMs to solve specific growth or workflow problems.
•Partner with the growth team, product, and engineering to take experiments from prototype to production-ready features.
•Track and analyze the impact of shipped experiments, iterate based on data and user feedback, and stay current on new AI/LLM developments.

Key Requirements

•Currently in your 3rd or 4th year, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Strong programming fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScript, with the ability to pick up new tools and frameworks quickly.
•Hands-on curiosity about LLMs and the AI app ecosystem, with experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools (skills/custom GPTs/apps/agents).
•A builder’s mindset focused on fast prototyping, shipping, and iterating rather than over-planning.
•Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
