•Define and champion product strategy and roadmap using data-driven prioritization, coordinating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
•Drive customer research (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to identify opportunities and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
•Partner with Product Design on prototypes, wireframes, and concepts to improve usability of UI and APIs for technical and business audiences.
•Lead agile execution with daily engineering collaboration: write user stories, scope sprint work, and manage ambiguity to ensure on-time delivery.
•Drive performance optimization and commercial growth by analyzing adoption and partnering with Product Marketing for campaigns that support PLG and retention.

Key Requirements

•Significant product experience creating and orchestrating AI agents, including using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to expose context, tools, and resources for agents.
•Command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI, with experience identifying, triaging, and driving remediation of agentic threats such as prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
•5-8 years of product management experience in startup or high-growth environments.
•Undergraduate and/or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•Foundational identity security knowledge (IAM/CIAM) and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, or SOC 2; strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
