PT Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day store operations while partnering with the leadership team to execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth. Coach and support store associates through mentorship and leadership, ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming customer experience. Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and directives, while consistently meeting store and individual sales goals. This role also includes physical demands such as moving around frequently and lifting up to 40 lbs.
