Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day operations across Western Canada sites and meet uptime, performance, and reliability targets.
•Own incident response coordination for facility-related issues.

•Ensure site infrastructure supports high-density compute loads, liquid cooling, and redundant power architectures, validating against operational thresholds.
•Lead local technicians and engineers while coordinating modular 5MW deployments (site readiness, equipment install, commissioning, and handoff) in alignment with HQ standards.
