Key Responsibilities

•Engage stakeholders across operations and IT to elicit, prioritize, and manage requirements; analyze and map business processes.
•Design scalable, supportable, and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and site technology landscapes.
•Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations; model, store, transform data into trusted, well-governed business assets.
•Apply generative AI and machine learning to improve productivity and decision quality, using trusted enterprise data and responsible AI practices.
•Build, deploy, and support digital products using sound software design, coding standards, and DevOps practices for secure production operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems.
•Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience delivering solution design across platforms as an implementation consultant, developer, or solution architect.
•Experience as a business/systems analyst or developer with ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and translate operational needs into practical solutions.
•Strong data engineering skills across databases and SQL, including system integration and data governance.
•Proficiency in multiple languages (C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) plus experience with Git, JIRA, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
