Job Summary

Senior Workday Specialist to partner with People and Enterprise Applications to plan, build, test, and support Workday solutions and integrations (e.g., Greenhouse, payroll platforms). You’ll configure and test Workday integrations, maintain business processes and reports, train end users, document configurations, and help shape the Enterprise Applications team in a hybrid, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities

•HRIS expertise: Act as an internal consultant for the People Team in planning, scoping, and design of solutions within Workday and its ecosystem of applications
•Configuration & Testing: Functionally configure, test, maintain and backup new and existing Workday integrations, business processes and reports; prepare for major feature releases
•Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end users; empowering business partners to maximize the potential of Workday
•Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
•Team Development: Help shape the culture, processes and impact of the Enterprise Applications team

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on functional Workday configuration across key modules (especially performance and compensation) with exposure to technical integrations (PECI, Core Connector, SOAP web services)
•Analytical thinker with strong problem solving capabilities and a curiosity to research, adopt and implement new technologies and methodologies
•Adept at stakeholder communication and management, with a track record of success in high-tech, fast-paced environments
•Full English professional proficiency, both written and verbal
•Eagerness to learn new things / keep track of innovations in the HR systems field
