Key Responsibilities

•Implement across the stack: backend, frontend, the IDE extension, and conversion logic in Python or other adopted languages.
•Ship features against the spec using agents as the default implementation tool and write the spec themselves for simpler, well-bounded features with review.
•Become a modernisation specialist by mapping Informatica, SSIS, Talend and IICS objects onto dbt, Fivetran and data warehouses.
•Demonstrate a working understanding of the code they merge, explain every line, and catch plausible-but-wrong output or drift from the spec.
•Write tests from the acceptance criteria first and maintain a log of agent failure modes for the backlog.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,000 - 5,000 monthly

•1-5 years of software engineering experience or a strong portfolio of self-directed projects
•Proficiency in Python and ability to write/read code across the stack, including frontend work and an IDE extension, with the ability to explain every line
•Experience with agentic tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) and working in a governed codebase with PR reviews
•Data fundamentals: SQL and understanding of data transformation concepts; exposure to dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake or Databricks is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
