Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and maintain test methodologies and coverage to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • •Provide release documentation and set up plans to monitor quality and reliability during HVM qualification and phases.
  • •Conduct product failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms for corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Support post-qualification quality and reliability issue analysis and assist with material disposition.
  • •Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to assess new reliability issues and determine customer risk impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Experience in test engineering and semiconductor manufacturing knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of Unix/Linux with strong programming skills (C, C++, Perl, Python, or Tester languages).
  • •Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and automated test equipment experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams under pressure.
