Lead residential heat pump installations from start to finish—removing old gas and AC equipment, performing refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and proper charging, and installing systems accurately using blueprints and wiring diagrams. Ensure every job meets local building codes and Jetson’s quality standards while guiding and supporting less experienced installers. Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the project and collaborate with fellow installers and the engineering team to continuously improve the process.
