Job Summary

Develop and evolve AI-driven go-to-market strategies that increase enterprise adoption, engagement, and retention, driving measurable P&L growth. Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate opportunities, design scalable initiatives, and translate insights into clear recommendations for executive leadership. Partner with the executive sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to structure plans, run due diligence, and optimize outcomes across Atlassian’s enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop actionable GTM strategies from ideation through design, including internal and market due diligence and use of relevant frameworks.
•Analyze complex information with qualitative and quantitative methods to drive GTM strategy and meet/exceed revenue targets.
•Identify opportunities and champion novel approaches, testing and iterating new ideas to improve outcomes for customers and the business.
•Move between high-level strategy and deep detail to uncover insights, perform financial and market analysis, and synthesize recommendations for executive leadership.
•Lead multi-layered stakeholder management and influence across organizational levels through effective communication and relationship building.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,600 - 238,525 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years across general management, corporate development, management consulting/corporate strategy, business development, or equivalent experience.
•Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through actionable adoption, retention, and engagement strategies.
•Ability to navigate P&L, business metrics, and financial statements, including pricing, monetization, and churn mitigation.
•Experience breaking down complex problems, diagnosing root causes, and creating realistic solutions executable across the organization.
•Exceptional critical and creative thinking to evaluate risks, structure ambiguity, connect insights, and adapt as priorities shift.
