Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate shipping department activities, including order picking, packaging, staging, and loading of aluminum extrusions.
  • •Ensure proper packing, handling, stacking, loading, and securing of long and heavy profiles to prevent transit damage.
  • •Direct, train, and support packing teams to meet performance and safety goals, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards, including routine safety checks on forklifts and cranes.
  • •Verify shipment accuracy by reviewing orders, manifests, and customer requirements; track packing KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Key Requirements
