Job Summary

Own and evolve how Steno develops its people by leading the Talent Development team and partnering with senior and executive leaders on talent strategy. Design and continuously improve core talent programs—onboarding, performance management, engagement, succession planning, and career pathing—while building scalable learning initiatives. Lead the full onboarding experience, manage the TD roadmap using data and feedback, and oversee the TD budget, vendors, and enabling tools to drive adoption and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support the Talent Development team with direction, coaching, and support.
•Design, own, and continuously improve core talent management programs including performance management, engagement, succession planning, and career pathing.
•Build and manage learning programs and scalable solutions focused on non-function-specific development opportunities.
•Own the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new hires ramp effectively and feel set up for success.
•Partner with People Business Partners and senior leadership to align talent strategy with business priorities, manage the TD roadmap using data/feedback, and oversee the TD budget, vendors, and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence without authority and build trust across all levels.
•Familiarity with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms, and learning management systems, including experience with migration between systems (plus).
