•Monitor sales performance, analyze business drivers, and implement solutions to improve financial and customer metrics.
•Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention practices to protect assets and ensure store standards.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize allocations and store impact.

•Strong interpersonal skills with diverse personalities and the ability to build client relationships.
•Ability to set clear objectives, manage scheduling, and drive operational efficiency to maximize sales and payroll efficiency.
