Key Responsibilities

  • •Define governance and structure the project to forecast headcount and skills needs 10–15 years ahead.
  • •Facilitate multidisciplinary teams (MFT) bringing together HR, management, Production, and Quality.
  • •Establish the RASCI matrix and tactical plan to address operational needs and programs.
  • •Design analysis methods and tools to track recruitment, skills, and headcount.
  • •Manage strategic interfaces with other skills-management projects at group level.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (PM certification appreciated).
  • •3 to 5 years of experience driving change management with mastery of associated methods and tools.
  • •Knowledge of the operational environment / shopfloor (experience as a Firstline Manager is a plus).
  • •Fluent English is required (French, German, or Spanish recommended).
  • •Availability for regular travel (~30% of the time, notably between Toulouse and other sites).
