Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assembly and teardown of HV battery modules and packs, including cell integration, busbar and coolant systems, enclosure sealing, and diagnostic inspection.
  • •Support validation and lifecycle tests, operating automation systems, CAN-based tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.
  • •Analyze test data, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide feedback to engineering for design and process improvements.
  • •Investigate and resolve high-priority HV battery concerns, supporting R&D teams.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams on battery related projects.

Key Requirements
