Key Responsibilities

•Develops and implements a cost-effective 3-year IT strategy and business plan aligned with business objectives.
•Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes through IT solutions and information systems.
•Oversees performance of IT applications and services to ensure business satisfaction against objectives.
•Maintains strong relationships with business heads, line managers, and ISA teams to guide IT investments and service delivery.
•Plans, implements, and manages IT budgets and end-to-end programs for business units, ensuring timely delivery within cost constraints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent (Masters preferred).
•PMP Certification or other Project/Program Management qualification preferred.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
•8+ years of IT management experience with leadership responsibilities, preferably in aviation/airlines.
•Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects and managing IT budgets and stakeholder relationships.
