Own Fora’s end-to-end organic search strategy, spanning technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization, and content strategy to grow traffic, advisor acquisition, and bookings. Lead generative engine optimization for AI-powered discovery platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini) and partner with Engineering, Content, Analytics, and Finance to audit, measure, and optimize search health, visibility, and ROI. Build automation and AI agents to scale auditing, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Fora’s end-to-end organic search strategy across technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization, and content strategy tied to growth metrics.
•Lead generative engine optimization by structuring and surfacing content, destination expertise, and advisor knowledge across AI-powered discovery platforms.
•Partner with Engineering to run technical SEO audits and improve crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, performance, and search health.
•Develop keyword, topic, and entity strategies reflecting conversational, intent-driven, and long-tail queries; create content briefs and optimization plans.
•Design measurement frameworks linking visibility to advisor growth, bookings, and business outcomes; build AI agents/scripts to automate research, auditing, optimization, and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Seven or more years of experience leading SEO strategy and driving organic growth for a consumer, marketplace, or technology company.
•Deep technical SEO expertise, including crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data/schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
•Hands-on experience writing scripts, building AI agents, or integrating APIs and automation tools for SEO workflows.
•Experience developing strategies for AI powered search and generative engine optimization (answer engine/LLM visibility).
•Strong proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
