Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Set quarterly product strategy for your squad aligned with SuperHiveā€™s platform vision and the construction lifecycle.
  • ā€¢Translate customer needs from master developers, project owners, contractors, and regulators into prioritized capabilities and crisp specifications.
  • ā€¢Prototype with agents and frontier models by scoping use cases, designing evals, validating end-to-end performance, and then handing work to engineering.
  • ā€¢Partner with customer engagement to shape design-partner co-builds and drive graduation decisions from client feature to platform capability.
  • ā€¢Serve as the customer-facing voice through demos, requirements workshops, conversion analysis, and post-engagement retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years building AI-native products such as LLM/agent systems, applied ML, computer vision, or similar.
  • ā€¢Hands-on comfort with current AI tooling: prompting frontier models, designing/reading evals, and critically judging model output.
  • ā€¢Strong technical instincts to prototype ideas in code or no-code without waiting for engineering.
  • ā€¢Track record shipping B2B/enterprise products with complex domain users and existing tool stacks.
  • ā€¢Crisp written and verbal communication to produce specs and align stakeholders, with comfort working in a small, autonomous senior team with direct customer exposure.
