•Support evaluation, design, construction, and optimization of facilities and systems.
•Analyze equipment/system performance to implement reliability and efficiency improvements.
•Support Power & Automation initiatives, including maintenance strategies and integration of automation tools.
•Lead or contribute to projects, participate in design reviews and management of change (MOC), and troubleshoot systems during development, construction, outages, and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Power plant development experience.
•Senior level: 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
•Staff level: 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in natural gas, petrochemical, energy, or related industries.
•Experience with industrial infrastructure, power systems, and/or automation environments, including reliability and maintenance/outage coordination.
