  • •Review and evaluate the contractor’s baseline programme, detailed work programme, and project schedules for completeness, logic, sequence, and contractual compliance.
  • •Examine construction programme and activity schedules to ensure milestones, resources, and timelines are realistic and achievable.
  • •Monitor actual progress vs. the approved baseline, identify deviations, and assess impact on completion dates and milestones.
  • •Review and analyze programme updates, revisions, recovery programmes, catch-up plans, and revised schedules submitted by the contractor.
  • •Prepare and review progress monitoring reports and schedule analysis (including S-curves, milestone tracking, and look-ahead programmes), and coordinate with the project team to resolve scheduling issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
  • •Professional experience of at least 12 years handling Highway Projects.
  • •Program Schedule Reviewer experience in reviewing and analyzing construction programmes and project schedules.
  • •Preferential: PG degree in Construction Management/Project Management/Infrastructure Development & Management.
  • •Preferential: Training in Project Management (minimum 15 days training certificates from any Govt Institute) and experience of software tools.
