Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee field construction activities and provide progress reporting support to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
  • •Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues, and proactively manage construction execution risks and HSE performance.
  • •Support the design and preconstruction process by reviewing drawings for constructability and safety considerations.
  • •Coordinate project reporting and documentation (meeting minutes, RFI/submittals support, permits and compliance records) in collaboration with relevant project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction HSE.
  • •Proven experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans and contractor site safety programs on active construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects (preferred).
  • •Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills to ensure HSE information is effectively communicated and retained.
