Mexico Operations Excellence Senior Specialist

Own operational excellence for switch-related services in Mexico by monitoring performance, identifying risks, and driving service quality improvements. Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders, account teams, and customers, conducting governance meetings and service reviews. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents, and act as the operational SME for customer onboarding/offboarding, including connectivity, reporting, settlement, reconciliation, and compliance throughout the customer lifecycle.
