Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer subcontract functions for a project, including subcontract management strategy development and implementation.
  • •Advise site leadership and home office personnel on subcontract management matters and explain contracting policies and procedures to requestors.
  • •Review standard subcontracts for compliance prior to execution and directly develop subcontracts and related processes.
  • •Prepare and present subcontract management presentations and subcontracting activity reports; support internal self-audits of the subcontracting process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law (or a relevant discipline).
  • •8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry with field experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes and proven ability to negotiate and administer complex subcontracts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, work in multifunctional teams, and ensure compliance with subcontract policies.
