Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using specialized tools, scan tools, and technical manuals.
  • •Perform comprehensive scheduled maintenance services and execute factory recall campaigns according to manufacturer specifications.
  • •Accurately document services performed and communicate findings and additional repair/maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor.
  • •Follow dealership and OEM service procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • •Collaborate with fellow technicians, parts team members, and service advisors, and support continuous learning and junior technician development.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable independent shop.
  • •Foundational knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, brakes, and tires, across a range of vehicle makes and models.
  • •Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
  • •Expertise using diagnostic software and specialized tools to identify root causes.
  • •ASE certifications are highly preferred, and OEM-specific training/certifications are a plus.
