Build and maintain realtor/builder referral relationships, gather applicant documentation, and use systems like Fannie Mae Form 1003, Loan Prospector, and LOMAS to process and transmit packages. Maintain pipeline, provide timely updates, attend Consumer Lending meetings, and deliver results while identifying and managing risk and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
