Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence programs for data center site selection and acquisition across North America. Serve as the primary client representative and trusted advisor, coordinating technical consultants and stakeholders while managing project governance, schedules, budgets, and risks. Oversee feasibility studies and technical assessments across power, connectivity, water, permitting, zoning, and land acquisition, synthesizing findings into executive-level reports to support investment decisions.
