Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify components in accordance with established manufacturing guidelines for medium- and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies.
  • •Work from manufacturing information and electrical/mechanical drawings to follow procedures and complete ISO, quality, and customer checklists and production lists.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
  • •Inspect assemblies to ensure hardware is secure, components are complete, and products meet cleanliness standards; report material shortages to Kanban inventory operators.
  • •Respond to change notices and customer-requested adjustments; support engineering and supervision with customer-driven development activities and coach colleagues.

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Skilled in safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •Ability to follow manufacturing information, electrical/mechanical drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools, step ladders, and cranes to assemble products and verify quality in a Lean environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams and job-specific systems such as ENOVIA.
