Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing Financial Advisor prospect pipelines, proposal assistance, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, and transitioning new assets.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls appropriately and manage client needs where possible; advise Financial Advisors on actions taken.
  • •Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and support client communications such as mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking.
  • •Assemble/generate materials and paperwork for client meetings, and support seminars and client events including developing content and coordinating presentations.
  • •Initiate and complete transactions required to service client accounts, including paperwork, correspondence, request fulfillment, and investment order entry per Financial Advisor instructions or verbal client direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.54 - 36.67 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Must have Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to exchange ideas and information.
  • •Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and prioritizing workflows; understand compliance regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
