•Maintain and educate the team on products, services, technology, and policies.
•Oversee hiring/recruitment and ensure branch operations comply with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor’s degree.
•Experience in retail sales leadership and leading branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
•Demonstrated acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
