Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Therapy, Natural Environment Teaching and other related therapies to clients as per assigned cases (up to 7 hours of direct therapy per day).
  • •Implement Behavioral intervention protocols as instructed by the Case Supervisor/ BCBA in the intervention plan.
  • •Implement prompt and prompt fading procedures
  • •Implement social skills training to clients (individually or in groups) when needed
  • •Enter session/ clinical notes in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis.
  • •BCBA certification is highly preferred.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an ABA therapist, ideally with children with ASD or related developmental disorders.
  • •Valid DHA or DOH license or eligibility.
  • •Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
