Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor while supporting stockroom standards and safe store operations
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities inputs to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment
  • •Constant movement in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds and safely handle physical tasks (climb ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, twist)
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
