Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily queue workflows, SLA adherence, workforce scheduling, and credit/SRA processes across point-of-sale and notice-to-proceed milestones.
  • •Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews for onshore leads/agents to drive skill development, mentorship, and accountability.
  • •Partner with Sales Channels, Legal/Compliance, Sales Support, and offshore partner teams to manage exception processes and align with investor requirements.
  • •Design and implement new internal workflows, pilot special projects, and collaborate with AI teams to enhance automation/bot capabilities.
  • •Use Salesforce and Excel reporting to track agent performance, audit credit workflows, and drive alignment across sales operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), plus at least 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in underwriting, operations, or a related field (Sunrun experience is a plus).
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving, process mapping, and performance management capabilities.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, Excel, and G-Suite.
