Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II

Ensure the appropriate operational security posture for information systems supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) for U.S. Department of Defense agencies. Collaborate with ISSM and ISO on day-to-day security operations, including authorization package preparation and updates, configuration management, security impact analysis, compliance reviews, and audit record handling. Support security training and awareness, identify vulnerabilities and countermeasures, and execute cyber security elements of self-inspections while providing “day-to-day” support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
