Subject Matter Expert Analyst Collateral Services

Provide daily operations support for collateral services controls, dispute processes, and customer service performance within the Performance Level Agreement (PLA). Act as a process specialist and escalation referral point, monitor productivity and quality, and develop action plans to close performance gaps. Build relationships with business partners, reassess operational risks considering market, regulatory, and technology changes, and address concerns with line management and relevant departments.
