Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience, or 8+ years ideally in SaaS product management, consulting, enterprise sales strategy, or customer success leadership.
  • •MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •Proven success influencing product direction through customer advocacy, executive engagement, or voice-of-customer programs at scale.
  • •Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication for C-suite audiences.
  • •Technical fluency to engage credibly on platform capabilities, integrations, and roadmap tradeoffs; experience using AI/analytics tools to derive customer insights.
