Job Summary

Use your legal expertise to help develop AI tools for the legal market. You’ll review AI outputs, rate responses, and provide detailed feedback to data science teams to improve accuracy and relevance. Working within a newly created Data Discovery & Enrichment team, you’ll help plan review projects, establish SME testing plans, and deliver customer-focused insights that shape features and products.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with DDE, product, and data science teams to plan AI review projects and draft initial prompt sets.
•Conduct detailed reviews of AI tool outputs, rate responses, and provide feedback to drive incremental improvements.
•Supervise and review the work of junior colleagues, including DDE I experts.
•Establish SME testing plans and ensure sufficient SME resources are in place.
•Execute best practices for training data and relevance evaluations; provide annotation, evaluation, and feedback to teams.
