Job Summary

Partner with executive leaders in the Americas Commercial organization to design and execute talent and organizational strategies. Serve as a strategic advisor driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, organizational design, and large-scale transformation. Lead change initiatives with end-to-end change management planning and communication strategies, and coach leaders on capability building, top-talent identification, and succession pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
•Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational strategy, translating long-term business goals into talent roadmaps.
•Drive organizational design initiatives including restructuring, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
•Lead complex transformation and change initiatives with end-to-end change management planning and measurable, sustainable outcomes.
•Coach and develop leaders to strengthen organizational capability, accelerate top talent, and build succession pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Greater than 8 years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience, including significant time supporting executive-level stakeholders.
•Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams.
•Prior exposure to organizational design and transformation work.
•Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, and workforce strategy.
•Strong expertise leading large-scale change initiatives, including communication strategy and stakeholder management.
