Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers daily by providing a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and resolving client needs quickly and effectively.
  • •Build client relationships and educate guests and staff on ALO products, community, and culture, including retail, yoga, and café offerings.
