•Grow our Port & Marine offering in the Southeast US, identifying and prioritizing opportunities and refining the market approach.
•Identify key clients and pursuits, develop client management and pursuit plans, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
•Develop and maintain client relationships, building trusted advisor status with key clients and expand cross-line collaboration.
•Lead major Ports & Marine pursuit proposals and support other proposals, ensuring alignment with business plan and market potential.
•Support the wider Global Goods Movement sector in identifying, winning, and delivering major projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS and 12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
•Ports & Maritime market experience, knowledge and understanding
•Experience planning, design, engineering and construction at a senior professional level with a minimum of 12 years in ports infrastructure market for either: container terminals, liquid bulk terminals, dry bulk terminals, and/or waterfront infrastructure
•Project Management and Delivery: leading multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering projects, including contractual arrangements, on time and within budget
•Business Development & Client Focus: strong client and stakeholder network within the industry to identify, win, and deliver projects
