AME & Project Leader (Industrial Equipment Manufacturing)

Lead AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and project execution to drive plant transformation, Industry 4.0 adoption, digital manufacturing, and new product industrialization. Own capex planning and infrastructure upgrades, oversee operational excellence across engineered-to-order and other production models, and deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, and customer outcomes. Manage and develop a team, coordinate site-wide engineering initiatives, and embed lean/kaizen, predictive maintenance, and quality systems to improve productivity and competitiveness.
