Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with creative leadership to define staging, camera, pacing, and character acting, creating a visual blueprint from story concepts.
•Translate script pages and written or verbal descriptions into visual storyboards from thumbnails to finalized panels and pitch boards to story and leadership teams.
•Apply story principles and knowledge of 2D/CG animation to ensure posing, staging, and cutting are inventive and producible.
•Engage with and help define traditional, GenAI, and hybrid production workflows, bridging 2D and 3D ideas for high-quality animation and story integration.
•Drive look development and visual experimentation by pioneering approaches that blend generative imagery with traditional renders and footage, building workflows/templates/scripts as needed.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of storyboarding experience in animation, games, or digital media (feature, episodic, or high-end short-form), with experience in stylized/non-photoreal work or a portfolio demonstrating extensive story experience.
•Provide storyboard samples and/or credits showing excellence in cinematic sense, graphic storytelling, character development, composition, and editorial pacing.
•Advanced working knowledge of digital drawing tools.
•Genuine interest in Generative AI imagery and video, with a proactive hands-on approach to exploring new GenAI tools to enhance storytelling.
•Strong organizational/time management and the ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule in a fast-moving, sprint-based environment.
