Job Summary

Senior SRE Engineer responsible for designing and operating scalable, cloud-native systems for Plaud’s AI workloads. You’ll own production reliability, lead incident response, build observability, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to define SLOs/SLIs and improve platform reliability at scale. You will work in a hybrid San Francisco team, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers.
